Mindfulness Together - Inspirited Living CommunityWe are uplifted this week by a community mindfulness practice. Since 1979, this mindfulness center, has offered helpful advice about practicing being in the moment. It also has free weekly mindfulness mediation communities which they call “Mass Sit Ins.”  They’re a way to practice mindfulness in a global community.
