Fear is usually a pretty big block to discovering possibilities and solving puzzles.

Check inside…. What are you most afraid of? How does it feel in your body when you’re scared?  Is there a tightness in your chest?  Is your breathing shallow?

Now, take a deep breath, and notice what’s going on around you right now – in your immediate environment.  Is there anything so scary that you need to run?  No? Good.  Keep noticing it’s ok, and allow yourself to feel grateful.

Now, theres room to imagine.
